The Office of the Director of Consultancy Services at the College for Legal Studies, Yola, is dedicated to providing high-quality professional education and consultancy services that cater to the diverse needs of the community and beyond. Our mission is to extend the college’s expertise and resources through specialized programs and services that support professional development, continuing education, and community engagement.
The office oversees two key departments: the Department of Advanced Diploma in Law and the Department of Consultancy Services. The Department of Advanced Diploma in Law offers specialized legal education programs designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of legal professionals and individuals seeking advanced understanding in various areas of law. These programs are tailored to meet the evolving demands of the legal field, providing participants with practical and theoretical insights that enhance their professional competencies.
The Department of Consultancy Services extends the college’s reach by offering tailored consultancy and training solutions to local governments and organizations. With study centers in Mubi and Numan local governments of Adamawa State and a center in Jalingo, Taraba State, the department ensures accessibility and convenience for a wide range of learners. These centers provide flexible learning opportunities and practical training designed to address specific community and organizational needs, fostering development and capacity building in the region.
